Boxes ship every 2 months on the 20th of your shipping month. Subscriptions are billed on the 5th of that month.

Each box is custom-packed for your dog, so we do not offer refunds. That said, if something isn’t a great fit, we’ll do our best to make it right. Just email us!

Did you know...
I’m a Certified Canine Enrichment Technician, with a master’s degree in Psychology specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis. With over 20 years of experience in child and canine mental and behavioral health, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding and shaping behavior.
Behavior has always been a part of my life. My father trained scent-detection dogs in the U.S. Air Force, and my mother raised and trained horses. Growing up in this environment ignited my passion for working with animals and people.
Continuing education is a cornerstone of my work. Staying up-to-date with the latest science allows me to provide you and your dog with the most effective, research-based solutions for enrichment and behavior.
