Cancellation Policy for Canine Brain Games

If certain items aren’t a great fit for your dog, we ask that you share them with a friend or donate them to a local shelter or rescue.
Subscriptions: Upon purchasing a subscription, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment information will be securely stored, and charges will occur for each delivery unless you opt to pay in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term, but you have the option to cancel, pause, or skip any time. Simply access your account dashboard to make those changes.
Cancellation: At Canine Brain Games, We will be sad to see you go, but you can turn off your auto-renewal at any time through your account profile in just two easy steps. However, when you sign up for a subscription, you are committing to the selected subscription period.
We offer a Pay As You Go, 3-box commitment, and a prepaid option. The majority of our special offers are only offered with our multi-month subscriptions. We also offer different pricing based on the different subscription lengths.
Pre-orders: When you make a pre-order, you're securing an upcoming or out-of-stock product. Payment is collected at the time of checkout.
Enrichment Box: Cancelations can not be approved on or after the 1st of a shipping month (i.e. February, April, June, August, October, December).
Member Shop and One Time Items: Items can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once the item has been shipped, we cannot process the cancelation. Once you receive the item, you may return it, unopened, at your shipping expense. Unless an item is listed as "all sales final", these items cannot be returned.

- To initiate a return or report a damaged item, please contact our customer service team at hello@CanineBrainGames.Dog
- Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
- Please allow 7 to 20 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
